Wiltshire’s 2025-26 Short Breaks Scheme has now CLOSED
Applications for the Wiltshire Short Breaks Scheme for April 2025 to March 2026 have now closed. From Friday 31st October 2025, no applications or monitoring forms, under any circumstance, will be accepted.
As always, the WPCC will announce when the new Short Breaks Scheme will open for applications.
