WPCC Service Disruption

The WPCC is experiencing issues with broadband connectivity which means our internet is malfunctioning at about 4:30pm most days. To make the best use of our time, we are having to work away from the office to access the internet when this happens so that we are still able to respond to emails etc. This does mean however that from about 4:30pm most days it is likely we will be working away from the office due to ongoing technical issues and we will be unable to answer telephone calls between 4:30pm and 5:00pm when the office closes.

We have arranged for a technician to come and try to resolve the problem and we apologise for the inconvenience this service disruption may cause. Unfortunately, the earliest visit we were able to book is Friday 14th December and it is unclear at this stage whether the technician will be able to resolve the issues we are experiencing, so we ask that you bear with us while we work to resolve these issues. We assure you that we will do all we can to minimise the disruption to our service while we work on getting the problem fixed.

In the meantime, please do leave a message for us on our answerphone if you wanted to speak to us when we are not in the office and we will return your call as soon as possible. We will post an update when we know the problem has been fixed and we are able to resume our normal service.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
