Help Wiltshire Council Settle on a New Name for the New Wiltshire Short Breaks Scheme

Wiltshire Council is excited to be launching a new approach to short breaks for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) next year.
This new model will offer a wider range of options to better support SEND families, shaped by feedback from parents, carers, and partners.
As part of this, they are looking for a new name for the scheme and would love your input.
As a result of previous opportunities to suggest names for the scheme, a short list of possible names is being offered for voting. Please click [HERE] to view five name options and vote for your favourite using the Menti app:
Voting is open until Monday 3rd November 2025, and the most popular name will become the official name for the new model.
