WPCC Staff Changes – Effective from Monday 16th June 2025

We are excited to share some upcoming staff changes within the WPCC team, effective from Monday 16th June 2025. Sam Kyte currently holds two roles at the WPCC, working three days a week as a SENDIS Information Officer and two days as our Neurodevelopmental Information Parent Advisor. From Monday 16th June 2025, Sam will be stepping away from her role as a SENDIS Information Officer to focus on her position as WPCC’s Neurodevelopmental Information Parent Advisor. We are delighted to announce that Jen Hitchmough, previously one of our Telephone Triage Officers, has been promoted to the role of SENDIS Information Officer. Jen will be working Mondays to Wednesdays each week in her new role.
The WPCC Neurodevelopmental (ND) Advice Line will continue to operate on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Jen’s promotion has created a vacancy in our Telephone Triage Team; further details about this vacancy will be shared soon. We hope you’ll join us in congratulating Jen on her new role and supporting Sam in her continued work with families.
