| What We Do: | Carers Together Wiltshire is a partnership between Age UK Wiltshire, Community First, Beyond Dementia, Wiltshire Service Users Network, Citizens Advice Wiltshire and Wessex Community Action, under the umbrella, ‘Carers Together Wiltshire’. This partnership is the commissioned service from Wiltshire Council, and provides tailored support to the thousands of people across Wiltshire identified as a Carer.
Carers Together Wiltshire will be hosting parent carer support groups both face to face and online each month. In addition to this, from April 2025 onwards Carers Together Wiltshire will be running some of the carer cafes and support groups formerly run by Carer Support Wiltshire. This includes their monthly parent Carer group at the Bear Hotel in Devizes. |
