Operated by Disability Rights UK, which is an organisation formed in January 2012 from the merging of Disability Alliance, Radar and National Centre for Independent Living, the Independent Living Advice Line provides information about:
- Individual budgets/personalisation
- Funding from social services
- General advice on employing personal assistants
