Increase in Scarlet Fever and Group A Streptococcal Infections

We have received a copy of a letter being sent to parents and carers by Wiltshire Council about the recent national increase in notifications of scarlet fever to the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), which is above seasonal expected levels.
The letter describes signs and symptoms of scarlet fever and invasive Group A Strep (iGAS).
