TeenTalk counselling, youth club and workshops

TeenTalk is the early help and support service run by Wiltshire-based charity 4Youth South West. They run different sessions in North and West Wiltshire.

One-to-one counselling: TeenTalk provides a confidential counselling service to young people aged 10-25 years within North and West Wiltshire.

Group therapy: meet with a small group of other young people to explore your social anxiety, how it affects you, and solutions to it. Build your confidence and have support and guidance whilst you develop new skills with other people. For ages 11-18 years. This takes place in Melksham every Monday evening.

HeadStrong Youth Club: every Monday evening at The Canberra Centre, Melksham. A chance for young people aged 11 years+ who have experienced therapy to meet new people who have also had support from a counsellor, not just at TeenTalk but any recognised provider including at school, CAMHS, Mind or privately. Meet new friends who “get it” and working with their dedicated team discover how together you can support each other.

Controlling anger workshop: held over 8 weeks at The Canberra Centre, Melksham for 11-18 year olds. A small group of young people investigate their reactions, look at their feelings and behaviour and find better ways to cope with their emotions. Led by a qualified counsellor using a positive, non-blaming solution-focused approach.
