Professional Development Placement at Wiltshire Creative

Wiltshire Creative are excited to offer a 3-month paid professional development placement for a disabled person near the start of their career in either Production, Ticket Sales or Front of House. The department will be chosen to fit the interests of the successful applicant. The placement can be full time or part time depending on what’s best for the applicant.
Dates
Placement will take place: Between Jan and March 2023
Applications open: Now
Applications close: 23rd Nov at midday
Interviews: Week commencing the 5th December. These will be informal and can be online on Zoom or in person at Salisbury Playhouse.
The placement is an opportunity to:
• To gain an understanding of working in a producing theatre/multi-arts organisation
• To build confidence working in an arts organisation
• To continue developing your career by building on your talent and skills
• To contribute your talent, skills, knowledge, and experience to Wiltshire Creative
• To build relationships with Wiltshire Creative and its networks
• At the end of the placement, we hope that you will be equipped to take your next steps in your career if you would like to
Person Specification:
• Deaf and/ or disabled
• Age 18 or over
• Within commuting distance of Salisbury
• Interested in the arts
• Keen to learn new skills
• Available between January and March 2023
