Thera

Thera south west.JPG
Thera offers support to adults with a learning disability in their own home, community and for short breaks. They believe that those with a learning disability should have control of how support is managed and directed.

Thera have experience in supporting people with

  • Differing complexities of learning disability
  • Additional sensory disability and additional physical disability
  • Support needs to manage their own behaviour
  • Autism
  • Additional mental health needs
  • Complex social support needs to maintain their health e.g. epilepsy and other specific health needs

Although most of Thera's work is with those aged 18 plus they are happy to meet with young people approaching 18 to help them with forward planning of support needs.

For more information on Thera and it's work visit their web site
