Changes to Wiltshire Council’s 0 – 25 SEND Service

From 1st April 2022, Wiltshire Council is making some changes to the way they provide their SEND Service which they believe will help improve how they work with you. These changes will see the implementation of: -
o Two dedicated email inboxes to manage queries
o One dedicated team to support you through the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment process (EHCNA)
o Two dedicated teams to oversee the reviewing and monitoring of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
o One dedicated Preparation for Adulthood Team (PfA) for targeted work
