Able Hands Together - new family service

Able Hands Together is based at Little Wishford Farm, Stoford SP2 0PS. They are now offering a brand new Family Service which concentrates on children who ASD and ADHD. Families will take part in projects such as feeding the animals, looking after the vegetables, and tending to the new flower farm.

The purpose of this new offer is provide work for families as equals around the farm, as a bonding and empowering experience. They also offer 30 minutes per session with their life coach Angela who will work through a tool kit written by a child psychologist Dr Maryhan Baker. This will provide invaluable support to each family so they can move forward as a team outside the farm environment too.

Each family will attend once a week for 10 weeks, with an assigned time slot. There will be four families in each session.

Session times:
Saturdays 10am-12pm (starting Saturday 10th April through to 12th June)
Tuesdays 4pm-6pm (starting Tuesday 13th April through to 15th June)
Wednesdays 4pm-6pm (starting Wednesday 14th April through to 16th June)

£10 donation per family per session. The money raised from this project will help fund new animals for the farm.
