Kidscape Zap Workshop for Children Affected by Bullying

Zap is a free workshop for children and young people aged 9-16 who have been impacted by a bully situation. As part of the ZAP online workshop, Kidscape specialist trainers run two separate sessions: one for young people and a supporting session for parents and carers. Please note this workshop is not SEND specific and you will need to contact them directly to see if it is suitable for your child.
The session for young people has the following goals:
• Raising self-esteem,
• Exploring bullying roles
• Assertiveness skills
• Positive body language
• Cyberbullying
The parent session has the following objectives:
• Assertiveness training
• Open discussion
• Understanding modelling behaviour
• Support sources
