New Single Number for Wiltshire Council Housing Queries

Wiltshire Council introduced a new single telephone number for its housing enquiries from the 4th January 2022. The Housing Advice Service will now have a single entry point for all enquiries and all old numbers, including different numbers for different areas, will stop working. For all Housing Advice Queries, please telephone the Housing Advice Service on: 0300 456 0106.
The Housing Advice Service provides tailored advice to those with housing issues or who are at risk of homelessness. The service deals with those facing eviction or possession action, affordability issues with paying rent or mortgages, or concerns over the suitability of existing accommodation, among other housing problems. People can also contact the team by email homeless@wiltshire.gov.uk .
The Homes4Wiltshire team remains available on 0300 456 0104 for all enquiries relating to joining the housing register.
