Passport to Support Deafblind Children and Young People

Deafblind UK, a national charity working with members who have hearing and sight losses, has created editable pupil passport. They hope that if parent carers and young people complete this with names and contact details of those who work closely with them, interests, things which they like and find difficult etc. and share with their teachers, it may help make learning better for everyone.
