WPCC’s Information Event November 2024 - CHANGE OF DATE

We have previously posted information about our Preparation for Adulthood Information Event due to take place on Friday 29th November this year.
Unfortunately, we have just been contacted by the Corn Exchange who have advised that due to an admin error, they have double booked our event with something else and they cannot host the WPCC on Friday 29th November 2024. We are really disappointed by this news, especially as we have been promoting the date for some time to give people as much notice as possible. We have been offered Thursday 28th November 2024 instead and we are now working to rearrange everything that has been planned and organised so far around this new date.
We apologise for any confusion this situation may cause but we hope you can appreciate this is out of our control.
To confirm, we now anticipate the WPCC Preparation for Adulthood Event will take place at the Corn Exchange, Devizes on Thursday 28th November 2024.
We will continue the planning and preparation for this event. We will promote more information and how to book places a little nearer the time, but for now, please hold the date.
We decided to use the Corn Exchange in response to the survey we sent out asking where we should hold our next WPCC SEND Information Event. We received 44 responses and 57% of those said they would prefer the next event to be held at the Corn Exchange in Devizes.
