New WPCC Telephone Triage Team Member

Having advertised a vacancy in our telephone triage team, we received a large number of applications. We interviewed some very strong candidates and are delighted to have appointed to the vacancy. As a result of the interviews, we are delighted that Laura Triglia we be joining us from the beginning of April. Laura is going to be undergoing her training in the lead up to April, so people calling in may get to speak to Laura before April if they call on a day when Laura is undergoing training. We hope you will join us in extending a warm welcome to Laura when she joins the WPCC.
