2025-2026 Wiltshire Short Breaks Scheme - APPLICATION WINDOW CLOSING SOON

Applications for the Scheme must be received by Sunday 9th March 2025.
As per last year, applications for the Scheme need to be made via the Wiltshire Council online form.
Please do not apply until you have received your letter or email from Wiltshire Council, as you will need your Reference Number to be able to apply.
Wiltshire Council is sending emails and/or letters to all families known to have eligible children or young people.
Please Note: we understand that only families of newly eligible children or young people this year are likely to receive a letter. If you have previously applied for the Short Breaks Scheme and your child or young person is still known to be eligible this year, you are likely to receive an email, not a letter.
If you do not have access to the internet or you need some help to make an application, please telephone us (WPCC) on 01225 764647 (option 1) and we will be happy to do our best to help you.
Information about this year’s Wiltshire Short Breaks Scheme is available on the WPCC website. You can also use this simple online tool, to check if your child is likely to be eligible for the Wiltshire Short Breaks Scheme.
If you don’t receive an email or letter and you think your child or young person is eligible for the Short Breaks Scheme, the WPCC can check for you. Please remember, if you need any help, you can contact the WPCC on: 01225 764647 (option 1) or email:- reception@wiltspcc.co.uk.
